Exercise helps with pretty much everything – it is the closest thing we have to a panacea!

Exercise is listed as an evidence –based treatment or prevention in 39 UK National guidelines. The conditions which can be improved or prevented by exercise range from mental health problems, to back pain and heart disease. A large study published in 2014, which followed 55 thousand people over a 15 year time span confirmed that those who run for leisure reduced their risk of dying from cardiovascular disease by 55%!
