Practice mindfulness for 10 minutes each day.

Start a gratitude diary and note 3 things you are thankful for each morning and evening.
Remember the promise you made as a Cub Scout or Brownie and do a good turn every day.
Do something that takes you outside your comfort zone every day.

Become a volunteer at a charity, help with a community project or simply help a friend or neighbor at least once a week.
